REVIEW: Bob's Red Mill Products
Natural products and whole grains are an important part of our diet. Yet, we are often tempted by processed foods that are quick and easy to make. Bob's Red Mill provides a great variety of natural products that are sold in the natural foods section of our grocery store. I was happy to receive the opportunity to select 3 products from Bob's Red Mill to try out, including Organic High Fiber Pancake Mix, Old Country Style Muesli, and Whole Grains & Beans Soup.  

Whole Grains & Beans Soup: This soup was easy to make and tasted great!  I didn't follow the instructions on the bag but instead put 4 cups of chicken broth, 4 cups of water, and 2 cups of the whole grains & beans soup into our crockpot on high for 2.5 hours.  It was super easy and required minimal effort for a healthy meal.  We plan to make this again in the future because it is hearty, filling, and tastes great.  Who doesn't love a meal plan that is healthy, tastes good, and is easy to make?

Organic High Fiber Pancake Mix: My husband surprised me this morning with the organic high fiber pancakes. He followed the recipe but added chocolate-chips which was awesome. These were quite heavy so one pancake filled me up and I felt good knowing that they were high fiber and healthy. What a great way to start the day for your family!

Old Country Style Muesli: We love muesli and this one was amazing!  It was hearty, filling, and tasted great! We loved all of the dates in it! It tasted like "real" food that is good quality. It seemed more natural and dense than the other brand of muesli that we usually buy. It was also sweet which we liked. This was really good and we plan to buy it in the future. PS - try it hot because it is even better warm!
