Review: Live Clean Baby
Live Clean is a line of eco-friendly products with several awesome baby products that I use on my toddler. My son has always loved bath time. It is a happy time of day because he likes the routine and attention before bed time. I was really disappointed in recent articles that I've read where they talk about carcinogens in Johnson's baby wash. I tossed the Johnson's products and now I only use products that focus on natural and organic ingredients. I was using Aveeno for a while, but I switched to a brand that I like better called, "Live Clean" which has an awesome baby collection, "Live Clean Baby". They have a complete line of products that are eco-friendly. They use organic botanical ingredients that have been gentle on my toddler's skin. Their website says, "Live Clean Baby promises performance with natural, gentle ingredients - caring for baby's delicate skin using plant based formulations enriched with certified organic botanicals that are safe for baby and safe for the earth." This is important to me and I wish that every baby had safe, good quality products like these.
I've tried six products in their line, so I'll share my experiences.
Baby Bath: My son is obsessed with bubbles. He constantly says, "More bubbles". Isn't it awesome that bubbles make him so happy? This baby bath is great. We use more than the directions say because we go crazy with the bubbles and use 3 to 4 capfuls.
Tearless Shampoo and Wash: Tearless shampoo is important. My son doesn't like rinsing his hair, but he will tolerate it. We pour 3 cups of water over his hair to rinse. He is losing his patience by the 3rd cup so it would be difficult if the shampoo were difficult to get out. I like that this rinses fairly easy.
Moisturizing Body Lotion: It's really funny how my son loves his lotion. If you try to skip the lotion after his nighttime bath, he is sure to remind you. I love that this absorbs quickly and makes my baby so soft. He has really dry skin on his legs. This brand lotion has worked really well for this problem.
Diaper Ointment: We just ran out of our old diaper rash cream so it was perfect timing to try something new. I wish that I could go back in time and exclusively use the Live Clean Baby Diaper Ointment because his rash was gone when he woke up in the morning. It worked so incredibly well. I feel bad that I didn't know about this product sooner.
Non-petroleum jelly: I tossed my old Vaseline and replaced it with this product. It has so many different uses, but we've been using it on chapped lips. It works well.
Bar Soap: This soap is enriched with shea butter and our skin is so soft after using it. I love that it uses 99% plant ingredients, fragrance free, petroleum-free, hypo-allergenic, and leaves our skin so soft.
Which Live Clean Baby product are you most excited about?!
I am appreciative of the free products that we received for this review. I was not monetarily compensated for this review and all opinions are honest and my own.
