Review: Peter Rabbit Organics

Review: Peter Rabbit Organics
My son is a picky eater and we struggle to get fruits and veggies into him.  I was excited to try Peter Rabbit Organics because I thought that he may like the packaging and that he could sip the pureed fruits and veggies out of the packet.  Well, it turns out that these were a HUGE hit! I actually had to tell him that couldn't have anymore because he was trying to eat too much!  He downed the Pear and Apple one so quickly that I had to do a double-take to see how many ounces were in the packet.  I thought that maybe it was just an ounce, but sure enough, it was 4 oz!  I let him have a second one which was Peach and Apple because he kept saying, "Please!" I let him eat half of it because I didn't want him to get a tummy ache from over eating.  He was disappointed that he wanted more, but I'll let him have more after his nap. I just want to make sure that he doesn't get sick from binging on too much food!  I'm going to recommend these products at our next "Picky Eaters Class".  I know that if I would have tried to spoon feed this food to him that he would have pushed the spoon away, so I love the packaging!  I also like that it is resealable so that if he only wants to eat part of a packet, I can put the lid back on and put it in the fridge.  Finally, he didn't make a mess with these which is awesome and I think that I might take these with me to restaurants in the future so that my husband and I can eat our food, but let him have something that isn't quite as messy.

Peter Rabbit Organics are made in Oregon and come in the cool resealable pouches shown below which are BPA-free. Each pouch is 4 to 4.4 ounces and are 100% USDA certified Organic Fruits & Veggies. They are sold at several stores for $1.79, including big stores like Amazon, Target, and Diapers.com. They are coming to many other stores, but I'm excited about them coming to Starbucks!

They have 11 flavors, but the newest are: Peach and Apple, Banana and Apple, Pear and Apple, Pear and Pea, and Pumpkin, Carrot and Apple.

I am appreciative of the free products that we received for this review. All of the products for this review are shown in the photos and were received for free. I was not monetarily compensated for this review and all opinions are honest and my own.

  2. Yup, tried these before, but not in the new flavors. We joke that it is a toddler addiction because our daughter can't get enough of these.
