Review: Barney: Planes, Trains & Cars
Have you heard that the latest Barney DVD comes out on May 15, 2012?! The title of the newest Barney DVD is, "Barney: Planes, Trains & Cars". This was our first Barney DVD so I wasn't sure what to expect, but it turns out that this is my son's favorite show by far! We have already watched this dozens of times. Some of the songs are frequently stuck in my head like, "Driving in a car" or "E-l-e-phant!" The songs are good because they engage my toddler and he has tried to say more of the words. It's sweet that he loves Barney so much. We took him to an arcade that had a Barney "ride" which was a little train and he could push buttons to sing "ABC" or to make train noises. He kept hugging Barney and wanting to "ride more"! We put 15 coins in it before we told him that he had to take a break. We know that this DVD made him love Barney and there will be more Barney in our future!
