All of you trendy readers out there are going to love the new Energizer Ultimate Lithium Batteries because they last 9x longer AND they have a 15-year storage life!  We buy our batteries in bulk at Costco because my husband and toddler have so many toys and accessories that use batteries. However, we've noticed that sometimes we buy too many of one size battery and not enough of another size before they expire.  We won't have this problem now that we can buy batteries that have a 15 year shelf life.  I think that it is awesome too that they last 9x longer so that we don't have to swap old batteries out as often.  (There are some toys that are such a pain to take apart in order to swap out batteries, so these batteries that last 9x longer are going into them!)

I love that battery technology keeps improving.  Energizer has been dedicated to battery innovation for more than 50 years.  As a former engineer, I appreciate when engineers perfect things like this! These latest Energizer Ultimate Lithium batteries are $9.99 for a 4-pack and promoted as the world's longest lasting AA & AAA batteries in high-tech devices, 33% lighter than ordinary alkaline batteries, perform well in extreme temperatures (they aren't kidding - -40 F to 140 F), and my favorites - they last 9x longer and have a 15-year  shelf life.
