Review: SmartLab Toys - The Amazing Squishy T. rex
I am excited to share a fun toy with you - The Amazing Squishy T. rex from SmartLab Toys. This toy combines fun, imagination, and learning as this T. rex is anatomically correct and contains 5 squishy parts - a tongue, stomach, intestines, lungs, and heart. I think that this toy is unique and fun! My husband and son played together with this toy for over an hour today. My son enjoyed learning about the parts and repeating them. He also enjoyed relating the parts to his own body. For instance, he said things like, "T. rex has a tongue and so do I!" Another observation that I made was that as soon as they finished putting T. rex back together, my son would insist on playing again. It was adorable watching them play.
The Amazing Squishy T. rex ($27.99, ages 7+, available Fall 2012). I am including this in my holiday gift guide because I think that it is super fun and a good price point. Plus, use the code AMPLIFY for a limited time for 20% off and free shipping!
