Review: Contac Cold & Flu
I am very cautious in trying to avoid a cold or flu. I wash my hands, carry hand sanitizer, drink lots of water, and take a multi-vitamin that has Vitamin C. I also get a flu shot every year. I have one weakness - a curious toddler that loves to touch anything and everything. I can't say "no" to baby hugs and kisses, even if they come with germs.

I'd rather be playing with my kids and doing their stuff much more than being sick with a cold. I feel so bad that they don't get as much one on one when I am sick. Mom's aren't supposed to get sick my son says.
