Review: Burt's Bees Sensitive Face Care
I've used several Burt's Bees products over the years. Burt's Bees products are a favorite in my family and often appear in our Christmas stockings. I recently came across my all-time-favorite products from Burt's Bees - their Sensitive Face Care products! 


I thought that it was interesting on the Burt's Bees website that they say that no formal definition of sensitive skin exists, but of course, there are characteristics that dermatogolists look for. For instance, I pulled this from the Burt's Bees website:

"A formal definition for the condition has yet to be created, but most dermatologists characterize sensitive skin as skin that experiences:

I was excited to try some products from the Burt's Bees Sensitive Skin Care line and had the opportunity to try three products that I really like. I tried the Sensitive Daily Moisturizing Cream, Sensitive Night Cream, and the Sensitive Facial Cleansing Towelettes with Cotton Extract.

The Cleansing Towelettes are really convenient to use in the evening before I go to sleep. They do a good job taking my make-up off and cleaning my skin. I've used other cleansing towellettes before and these are the most gentle ones that I've ever tried. They are keepers!

I've been using the day and night moisturizers together. I use the day moisturizer in the morning. I like that it is a light formula and absorbs quickly into my skin. It is gentle on my skin and I feel like it is doing a good job nourishing my skin. I use the night cream after my work out in the evening and again before bed. I like how thick it is, but that is absorbs easily into my skin. I have dry skin, so I can't survive without a good moisturizer!  This one is gentle and effective at moisturizing my skin.

 

Another nice thing about these products is that they have a small price tag and are easy to find at grocery, drug, or department stores.   I bet that many people with sensitive skin are rejoicing in the good news that Burt's Bees came out with this line of products!
