Week 10: Nutrisystem
I lost TWO pounds this week! Here are my weekly stats
This past week was fun because I received my monthly
shipments of Nutrisystem meals and snacks. I always look forward to a new
package and planning what I am going to eat.
I thought that I would share some of my favorites! Here is one of my
favorites –

Shake: Vanilla

Breakfast: Cranberry Orange Pastry
·
Snack 1: Zesty Herb Snack Mix
·
Lunch: Vegetarain Chili
·
Snack 2: Peanutbutter Cookie
·
Dinner: Mac & Cheese
Another favorite is –

Shake: Vanilla
·
Breakfast: Chocolate Chip Scone
·
Snack 1: Peppermint Cookie Patty
·
Lunch: Chicken Tortilla Soup
·
Snack 2: Honey Mustard Pretzel Bits
·
Dinner: Ravioli in Basil Tomato Sauce
I complement all of these meals with fresh fruits and
veggies.
Even though I was hooked on eating out to often, it was easy
to break that habit with Nutrisystem since Nutrisystem has so many crave-worthy meal and dessert
options.
This was a good week. I lost TWO pounds! That’s right!

My weight: 150
Weight lost so far: 15 pounds
My highest priority goal for this week: I haven't been getting enough sleep, so my goal is actually to focus on getting to bed earlier. Good sleep is an important combination to have with healthy eating and exercise.
