Everything is bigger in Texas, including our love of Auntie Anne's Pretzels! Check out my toddler as he stands in front of the wall next to Auntie Anne's in the Golden Triangle Mall and then as he eats his Honey Whole Grain Pretzel! 

This was our first time trying the Honey Whole Grain Pretzel and it did not disappoint! It is under 300 calories and labeled with the Whole Grains Council stamp of approval because it contains 67 grams or more of whole grains per serving. That means that there is an entire serving of grains in one pretzel! It also has more fiber, protein and iron than many other freshly-baked snack options.

The new pretzels are still hand rolled and freshly baked. I love this pretzel even more than the "original" because I like the whole grain taste on the inside.  I've tried to make whole grain pretzels at home in the past, but I've never succeeded in making ones that my family would eat.  I envy Auntie Anne's because they have a recipe that my family loves. I don't know how they do it!
