 I love a BIG salad!  I recently came across a product that I think is perfect for Trendy Moms! It is the Lean Cuisine Salad Additions.  These kits include "the good stuff" like meats, noodles, veggies, and fancy dressings. They offer several varieties.  They make it so easy to eat salads because each kit stays in the freezer until you are ready for it. It is so convenient that everything is washed, chopped, and ready to toss onto lettuce.  We've been buying large containers of lettuce at Costco and then quickly making salads by adding these Lean Cuisine Salad Additions.

We've tried several varieties and they are all good, but the one that I am completely addicted to and want to eat every day is the "Cranberry and Chicken".  Check out the kit below! This one has grilled white meat chicken, dried cranberries, broccoli, red onions, yellow carrots and a blend of whole grains with raspberry cabernet vinaigrette and crunchy sesame sticks. It's so quick and easy to make!

My husband's favorite is the Asian-Style Chicken. It has grilled white meat chicken, edamame, pineapple, broccoli and yellow and orange carrots with sesame ginger vinaigrette and crispy noodles. I think that the combination of veggies and pineapple are amazing in this one!

We also both love the Bistro Chicken Salad. It has grilled white meat chicken, asparagus, yellow carrots and red peppers with sweet & tangy vinaigrette with bacon and crispy onion straw. I feel like the portion is generous and I love the asparagus in this one!

Finally, we also love the Southwest-Style Chicken Salad. It has grilled white meat chicken, black beans, sweet corn, roasted red peppers and poblano peppers with chipotle ranch dressing and crispy tortilla strip. If you like a kick to your salad, this is a fun one!

Another fun and convenient thing is that Lean Cuisine has the Delicious Rewards program where you can enter your codes online and earn prizes. One of the cutest prizes is the lunch bag shown below. It also comes in purple with a bright flower on it.  This bag is insulated and large enough to fit everything that I take for lunch.  It's probably easy to get enough points to cash out for one of these bags since the Lean Cuisine Salad Additions are so delish!
