Recipe: Monster Cookie Protein Smoothie
This recipe is inspired by the Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie recipe on the Bobs' Red Mill website. We are obsessed with their delicious recipe, but made this variation to switch things up. Their Chai Protein Powder Nutritional Booster opens so many recipe possibilities! We hope that you enjoy our recipe!
- 2 cup of Soy Milk (unsweetened)
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1/2 cup of Plain Rolled Oats
- 2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter
- 2 Medjool Dates
- 1 scoop of Bob's Red Mill Chai Protein Powder Nutritional Booster
1. Add all of the ingredients to the blender and process until smooth.
2. Enjoy immediately.
