Recipe: Easy Pumpkin Spice Mini Bundtlet Cakes with Cream Cheese Frosting #Krusteaz @Krusteaz

Pumpkin season is finally here!  This is my favorite time of year because the weather finally cools off and pumpkin spiced food are back in season.  In today's post, I will tell you about the Pumpkin Spice line of Krusteaz mixes that are game changers for busy moms.  These mixes make it easy to enjoy warm pumpkin spice cookies, pumpkin spice bread, and pumpkin spice muffins.  I even used one of the mixes to create delicious Pumpkin Spice Bundtlets!  Let me share my secret because every mom will appreciate quick and easy ways to incorporate pumpkin spice into their lives.

Recipe: Easy Pumpkin Spice Mini Bundtlet Cakes with Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 1 box of Krusteaz Quick Bread Mix Pumpkin Spice (15 ounces)
  • 2/3 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil 
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 container of cream cheese frosting
  1. Pre-heat over to 350-degrees.
  2. Generously grease the bottom of your mini bundtlet cake pans. (This mix is really nice because I found it easy to remove the cakes from the pans.)
  3. Stir together the water, oil, eggs, and quick bread mix until well blended.
  4. Spoon into the mini bundtlet cake pans
  5. Bake approximately 50 minutes (or until you are able to insert a toothpick and it comes out rather clean)
  6. Allow the mini bundtlets to cool and then pipe frosting into the center and down the sides as shown below.
