Recipe: Turkey Breast and Stuffing in a Crock-Pot Express Crock Multi-Cooker (Dinner in an Hour!)

Recipe: Turkey Breast & Stuffing in a Crock-Pot Express Crock Multi-Cooker
Ingredients

  • 1 frozen turkey breast (Optional: We used a seasoned turkey breast)
  • 3/4 cups of water
  • 2 cups of instant stuffing mix
Directions
1. Add the water and frozen turkey breast to the Crock-Pot Express Crock Multi-Cooker.

2. Close the lid and cook the meat for 1 hour.

3. Carefully release the steam and lid to check whether the turkey breast is done. If not, add approximately 20 minutes and then check again until ready.  (Our 3 pound turkey breast took 1 hour, but the time may vary based on size.)

4. Carefully remove the turkey breast and carve it, leaving the drippings in the Crock-Pot Express Crock Multi-Cooker.

5. Add the instant stuffing mix to the drippings and carefully stir. Allow the stuffing mix to absorb the liquid for approximately two minutes before moving it to a serving bowl.  (Optional: You may need to add more or less stuffing mix depending on the size of your turkey breast and the amount of liquid. It's easier to start with less stuffing mix and then add more as needed rather than the other way around.)

6. Optionally serve with cranberry sauce.
