Recipe: Dijon Mustard Chicken Breast in Crockpot Express Crock Multi-Cooker
Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 can of cream of chicken
  • 2.5 Tablespoons of Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon of Mustard Powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Corn Starch

Directions:
1. Mix the cream of chicken, Dijon mustard, mustard powder, and corn starch.

2. Add the chicken breasts.

3. Close the lid and cooke the meat for 1 hour.

4. Carefully release the steam and lid to check whether the chicken is done. If not, add approximately 20 minutes and then check again until ready.

5. Carefully remove the chicken breasts, slice, and served.   

6. Optional: The extra drippings may be allowed to cool slightly and then poured onto the chicken breasts or potatoes.
