DIY Fishing Rod Valentine Game

DIY Fishing Rod Valentine Game
Supplies
  • 5 Boxes of your favorite Slammer's Snacks pouches (This lids are perfect for "catching" a fish)
  • 20 pencils (We used Mermaid pencils)
  • 1 spool of string
  • 5 sheets of heavy card stock in pink
  • Clear scotch tape
  • 20 paperclips
Directions
1. Cut the card stock into fish shapes and decorate each with an eye and mouth.

2. Tape a fish to each Slammer's Snacks pouch.

3. Shape the paperclips into hook shapes

4. Cut the string to your desired length and tape a piece of string to each pencil.  Then tie the hook onto the end of the string.

5. Test your fishing rod. It should be really easy to catch a pouch/fish!

6. Put the fishing rods into a vase, fishbowl, or flower arrangement.
