Recipe for Oven Baked Potato Coins for a Minecraft Birthday Dinner Party

Recipe for Oven Baked Potato Coins for a Minecraft Birthday Dinner Party

Ingredients

  • 4 Russet potatoes
  • 2.5 Tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
Directions
1. Preheat the over to 400 degrees.

2. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.

3. Slice the potatoes into coin slices.

4. Pour the olive oil into a bowl.  Add the potato coins and toss until well coated with the olive oil.

5. Add the salt, garlic salt, and pepper. Toss the potato coins until the seasoning is evenly distributed.

6. Bake for 25 minutes. Flip and cook for approximately 10 minutes longer or until golden brown and crispy around the edges.

We used a cookie sheet to bake these, but we also love making them with a baking rack too. Just be sure to spray it with cooking spray first.
