Recipe: Quick Single Serving Recipe for Easy Pumpkin Oatmeal - Just stir in a spoonful of pumpkin and a spoonful of cinnamon!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of prepared steel cut oats 
  • 1 heaping teaspoon of pumpkin puree 
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 
  • Optional: salted pecans for topping
Directions
1. Prepare the steal cut oats according to the directions on the box. (We substitute almond milk for milk to make the recipe vegan.)

2. Add one heaping teaspoon of pumpkin puree and stir it in until well blended.


Your mixture will look slightly orange as it soaks up the nutrients from your pumpkin puree!


3. Add the cinnamon and stir until well blended.


The oatmeal and pumpkin mixture will quickly soak up the cinnamon.


4. Optionally garnish with salted pecans and enjoy!
