In my personal experience, I feel like CBD used to be a taboo topic, but now it has become more common. I really liked this book because it provided a great introduction about CBD. I feel like I have driven past CBD shops, but really had little knowledge about the hype. This book does a great job of breaking everything down! She breaks everything down in a way that is easy to follow and understand. I found myself turning page after page because it was so interesting to learn from this book!
While I am a newbie, this book also seems great for those who are already familiar with CBD because it's packed with great information and includes recipes. The author put a lot of effort into perfecting the recipes. She pays meticulous attention to detail which you will notice in the recipes. This book should keep both beginners and advanced CBD enthusiasts. In addition to the knowledge about CBD, I'm sure that many people buy this book for the recipes. For instance, CBD-infused garlic mashed potatoes, Grilled peaches with CBD and honey ricotta, and Cardamom rose CBD mug cake are great recipes to get started!
Personally, I tried the DIY bath bombs. This was a fun and easy project. I followed the Classic Lavender Vanilla Bath Bomb Recipe with a couple of small variations that I substituted pure vanilla essential oil and pure lavender essential oil with citrus essential oils and a couple of drops of food coloring. (The substitution was a request by my husband.) The results were fabulous! I plan to make them again soon. If you want to try CBD bath bombs, I feel like this book pays for itself many times over because it's so inexpensive to make them on your own.
In summary, I love that this book! It provides a great introduction to CBD and is generously packed with delicious recipes. I hope that you are able to check it out. You'll find links below to order it from many different stores.
