Recipe: Monster Cookie Protein Smoothie
This recipe is inspired by the Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie recipe on the Bobs' Red Mill website. Stock up on the secret ingredient of Bob's Red Mill Old Fashioned Rolled Oats available at CVS! We are obsessed with their delicious recipe, but made this variation to switch things up. Their Chai Protein Powder Nutritional Booster opens so many recipe possibilities! Ingredients
- 2 cup of Soy Milk (unsweetened)
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1/2 cup of Bob's Red Mill Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter
- 2 Medjool Dates
- 1 scoop of chair flavored protein powder
1. Add all of the ingredients to the blender and process until smooth.
2. Enjoy immediately.
