Personally, we love this eco-friendly cooling option that is portable and easy to roll into a room for quick relief. Let's start from the beginning. The package arrived to our house by FedEx. I timed how long it took to unbox, read the manual, and get going.  I should disclose that I overthink everything and am careful when I read instructions, but it still only took me 14 minutes and 39 seconds to unbox, read, and get started!

I feel like the NewAir team created a user friendly experience as it was simple to get started. I especially love that the controls are easy to access and make sense! You may either press buttons directly on the machine or use the remote control.
