If you recall, I posted a few weeks ago about the Gigi & Nate movie that will be in theaters starting on this Friday (September 2, 2022)! In today's post, I encourage you to buy your tickets TODAY to see Gigi & Nate in theaters! This movie is about overcoming challenges and finding hope.
Let's start with an overview:
"Nate Gibson’s life is turned upside down after he suffers a near-fatal illness and is left a quadriplegic. Moving forward seems impossible until he meets his unlikely service animal, Gigi – a curious and intelligent capuchin monkey – who helps Nate find what he needs most: Hope."
Here are a few things Charlie Rowe has to say about this movie:
“As much as this is about a monkey and this kid, I think it’s about overcoming difficulties and things that you think are impossible that you’ll never come back from.” -Charlie Rowe (Nate in GIGI & NATE)
“I want the audience to feel moved, I want them to feel energized,” he says. “I want them to feel everything I felt when I read the script for the first time. It’s a rollercoaster on four wheels. It’s about family and the difficulties of losing something you love.” -Charlie Rowe (Nate in GIGI & NATE)
Here is the trailer:
I will try not to spoil the movie for you, but let me share some highlights. The movie starts with Nate experiencing a terrible accident just before he is about to go to college. He had nursing care around the clock and it is heartbreaking. As time goes on, his mom requests a service animal which is where Gigi enters the movie. The movie shares Nate and Gigi bonding. It also presents challenges. The movie will keep engaged. As promised, I won't spoil surprises or the ending because I encourage you to see the movie when it comes out at the end of this week!
This inspirational movie will be in theaters on September 2nd. You will want to add this to your calendar! Again, visit the Gigi and Nate website to learn more and buy your tickets!
